行政長官在她上月發表的《施政報告》中提及，政府和醫院管理局同意擴大援助項目的資助範圍，按個別情況為有特殊臨床需要的病人就特定藥物治療提供資助，包括資助合適病人參與個別藥廠的恩恤用藥計劃。就此，政府可否告知本會，下列每種用於治療不常見疾病患者的藥物的下述資料：(i)適應症、(ii)是否已獲藥劑業及毒藥管理局註冊、(iii)是否已納入醫院管理局藥物名冊；如已納入，(iv)其在名冊所屬類別(即通用藥物、專用藥物、獲安全網資助的自費購買藥物、不獲安全網資助的自費購買藥物)；如未納入，(v)政府或醫院管理局有否資助合適病人參與該藥物的恩恤用藥計劃(按下表列出)？
